Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm - there is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin.
  • Check-Out: 10am.
  • IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.
  • Self Check-in/Check-out is available (keypad entry).

Property Access

  • The driveway from Covemont Road (county road) to the property is in excellent condition.
  • Roads to this cabin are accessible. After turning from paved Covemont Road onto a gravel road, keep your speed steady as you climb the slight hill; bear left/straight ahead at the "Happy Camper" sign. Do NOT go right. The cabin is in front of you at the turn where the sign is located.
  • The front porch deck is completely enclosed with a latched gate for safety.
  • The back and private side deck has a built-in hot tub (with latched gate), chairs, and a view of the outdoor firepit.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Maximum of 4 guests.
  • Pets allowed (see fee details below).

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee: $100 plus tax per pet (additional funds will be requested if applicable).

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available on the property. The driveway is in excellent condition and easily accessible from Covemont Road.

  • Water is provided by a private well.
  • Hot tub available.
  • Gas log fireplace is available in the living area.
  • The property includes a fully-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, toaster, basic dishes and silverware, cooking basics).
